Your Organization Dashboard

The organization dashboard gives you a real-time overview of how your team is using reKUPR and the results they're achieving. At the top of the dashboard, three summary cards provide an instant snapshot.

Adoption

See how many of your employees are actively using reKUPR:

  • Active members — employees who have accepted their invitation and are using the platform
  • Pending invites — invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted

This card helps you understand how far along you are in rolling out reKUPR across your organization.

Utilization

Track how actively your team is using reKUPR's core features over the last 30 days:

  • Documents analyzed — the number of medical bills and EOBs your employees have submitted for analysis
  • Appeals created — the number of appeal letters generated through reKUPR's Appeal Case Companion

Utilization metrics show whether employees are getting regular value from the platform.

Savings

When savings visibility is enabled in your privacy settings, this card displays:

  • Confirmed savings — amounts verified through successful appeals or corrected bills
  • Estimated savings — potential savings identified through reKUPR's analysis that haven't been confirmed yet

Together, these figures help you quantify the financial return your organization is getting from reKUPR.

Trend Charts

Below the summary cards, trend charts help you visualize patterns over time.

Analyses Trend

View weekly document completions over the last 12 weeks. This chart shows how many documents your employees have analyzed each week, making it easy to:

  • Spot increases in adoption after onboarding new employees
  • Identify seasonal patterns in medical bill volume
  • Measure the impact of internal communications or reminders

Savings Trend

View monthly savings over the last 6 months. This chart tracks the total savings your organization has achieved month by month, helping you:

  • Demonstrate growing program value over time
  • Identify months with unusually high or low savings
  • Measure program effectiveness across different periods

Toggle between the two charts to get the perspective you need.

The Impact Report

The impact report is a professional, print-ready document designed to be shared with leadership, board members, or benefits committees.

What's Included

Each impact report features:

  • Your organization name and logo for a branded presentation
  • The current quarter and date range covered by the report
  • Adoption metrics with visual progress indicators showing how much of your workforce is on reKUPR
  • Side-by-side comparison of quarterly vs. year-to-date performance, including:
    • Documents analyzed
    • Appeals created
    • Savings recovered

The quarterly vs. year-to-date comparison makes it easy to show both recent momentum and cumulative results.

Printing and Sharing

Click the Print button to generate a clean, professionally formatted PDF of your impact report. The printed version is designed for:

  • Quarterly business reviews — demonstrate the value of your benefits program
  • Board presentations — show measurable ROI from your investment in reKUPR
  • Benefits committee updates — share concrete data on employee engagement and savings

Each printed report includes a generated timestamp so recipients know exactly when the data was captured.

Privacy and What's Shown

All dashboards and reports respect your organization's privacy settings.

  • If employee savings visibility is turned off, savings metrics will not appear in dashboards or the impact report
  • If usage statistics visibility is turned off, individual utilization data is hidden — only aggregate totals are shown

This ensures you always control what data is visible to your team. Review and adjust your privacy settings anytime from your organization settings page to match your company's preferences.
