Getting Started with Your Organization

reKUPR's employer platform gives your organization the tools to manage employee access, track insurance policies, and measure the impact of smarter medical bill analysis across your team. As an organization admin, you'll set everything up so your employees can start benefiting right away.

Whether you're a benefits manager, HR lead, or company owner, the setup process takes just a few minutes and puts you in full control of how your organization uses reKUPR.

The Setup Wizard

When you first create your organization, reKUPR walks you through a simple three-step wizard to get your profile ready.

Step 1: Organization Name

Enter your company or organization name. This is how your organization will appear throughout reKUPR — in dashboards, reports, and employee invitations. Choose something your employees will immediately recognize, such as your official company name.

Step 2: Logo Upload

Add your organization's logo to give your reKUPR workspace a professional, branded feel. Your logo appears on impact reports, the organization dashboard, and employee-facing communications.

  • Drag and drop your logo file or click to browse your computer
  • Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, and WebP
  • Maximum file size: 5 MB
  • Preview before saving — you'll see exactly how your logo will look before confirming

A clean, high-resolution logo works best. If you don't have one ready, you can always add or change it later in your organization settings.

Step 3: Email Domains

Add your company's email domains so reKUPR can automatically recognize employees who belong to your organization. For example, if your company email addresses end in @yourcompany.com, add yourcompany.com as a domain.

  • Add multiple domains if your organization uses more than one (for example, subsidiaries or regional offices)
  • Employees who sign up with a matching email domain can be easily identified and managed
  • You can add, edit, or remove domains at any time after setup

Organization Settings

Once the setup wizard is complete, you'll have access to your full organization settings. Here's what you can configure.

Basic Information

Edit your organization name, update your logo, or manage your email domains at any time. Changes take effect immediately across your reKUPR workspace.

Privacy Settings

Control what employee data is visible in your dashboards and reports:

  • Employee usage statistics — toggle whether individual employee activity (like documents analyzed) is visible to admins
  • Savings visibility — choose whether confirmed and estimated savings amounts appear in dashboards and impact reports

When these settings are turned off, dashboards show aggregate totals only, keeping individual employee activity private.

Security Settings

Configure session security to match your organization's needs:

  • Session timeout — set how long an inactive session stays active before automatic logout, from 5 minutes to 8 hours
  • Shorter timeouts are ideal for shared workstations or environments with strict security requirements
  • Longer timeouts work well for individual devices where convenience matters

Contact and Renewal

Keep your organization's account in good standing by managing contact information:

  • Primary contact email — the main point of contact for your organization's reKUPR account
  • Renewal notification recipients — add up to 10 email addresses to receive renewal reminders and account notifications
  • Ensure the right people in your organization stay informed about account status and upcoming renewals
