What the AI Summary Tells You
At the top of the Simple Terms tab, you'll find an AI-generated summary that provides both a comprehensive explanation and a simple explanation of your bill:
- What happened? — A description of the services you received
- What does it cost? — Your financial responsibility explained simply
- Is anything unusual? — Any concerns worth knowing about
This summary is designed to give you the essential information in under 30 seconds.
Patient Concerns
If you provided context during upload (for example, describing your situation or specific worries), a Patient Concerns section appears in a distinct violet-themed area. This section addresses your personal concerns directly, connecting them to what reKUPR found in your bill. The more context you provide, the more targeted these findings will be.
Key Findings Section
Below the summary, you'll see Key Findings — the most important things we discovered:
- Billing Accuracy Issues — Potential errors or overcharges
- Insurance Processing — How your coverage was applied
- Out-of-Pocket Impact — What you're expected to pay and why
Each finding includes an explanation of why it matters and what you can do about it.
Medical Term Tooltips
Throughout the Simple Terms tab, medical terminology appears with tooltip indicators. Hover over any highlighted term to see a short, plain-English definition. No need to open a separate tab or search for meanings — the explanation appears right where you need it.
