How do I know when my analysis is ready?
The processing screen moves to your results on its own. We also email you once to say your analysis is ready: right away, or in your daily or weekly digest if you chose one. If you set document notifications to Never, there is no email. To protect your privacy, that email says nothing about your bill. Sign in to see your results.
What notifications does rekupr send?
You can get notifications when your document analysis is complete, when billing issues are found, and when an appeal letter is ready for review. You also see notifications in rekupr itself, on your Notifications page.
Will rekupr remind me about my appeal deadlines?
Yes. For an active appeal, we remind you by email and in your notifications 30, 14, 7, and 3 days before a deadline on your case. When you give us the date of a denial, we set a filing deadline 180 days after it, a common window. If your denial letter gives an earlier date, go by the letter.
How do I change how often I get emails?
Go to Account settings and open Notifications. For document notification emails, choose Immediate, Daily digest (once a day at 9:00 AM), Weekly digest (every Monday at 9:00 AM), or Never. Changes save automatically.
What are quiet hours?
Quiet hours are optional. Set a start time, an end time, and your timezone, and document notifications are held during those hours and delivered together when quiet hours end.
Can I stop marketing emails?
Yes. Turn off Marketing emails in your settings. These are tips on saving money, product updates, and offers. Security notifications, like sign-in alerts and receipts, are always sent.
